You’ll work alongside experienced and highly regarded partners and lawyers, advising a diverse portfolio of quality Australian and international clients across complex and interesting matters.

As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise across a broad range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, working directly with clients and senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your work will include matters involving:

- Contractual and commercial disputes

- Property and leasing disputes

- Corporations Act and insolvency disputes

- Regulatory matters

- Administrative law

- Insolvency and recoveries

- Information technology and intellectual property

You’ll be joining a growing practice where your contribution will be valued and where there is genuine prospect to develop your technical expertise, client relationships and broader legal career.

About You





We’re looking for a lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience who has developed experience in general commercial litigation and is keen to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong commercial litigation experience

- Excellent technical legal and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A genuine client-focused approach

- A desire to continue developing your legal career and expertise
