Peak Install is looking for an experienced signage installer to join our growing team.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who already has solid experience within the signage industry and can confidently work across a range of installation types. However, we're also open to someone with less experience who has the right attitude, is mechanically minded, takes pride in their work and is willing to learn.

This is a full-time position based from our facility in Epping, with work across Melbourne, regional Victoria and occasionally interstate.

Peak Install is a trade-focused signage installation company working across a huge variety of projects.

Our work ranges from everyday signage installations through to major construction projects, national rollouts and some of Melbourne's biggest events.

You won't be doing the same type of installation every day.

Our projects include:

- Illuminated signage and 3D lettering

- Pylons and freestanding signage

- Fascia and building signage

- Retail and shopping centre installations

- Digital signage and LED screens

- Wayfinding and statutory signage

- Vinyl and graphics installations

- Car dealership signage

- Acoustic panel installations

- Large-scale signage projects and rollouts

- Major events throughout Melbourne

- Regional and interstate projects

About the Role

As a signage installer, you'll work as part of our installation team completing projects for a wide range of clients and sites.

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:

- Installation of all types of signage

- Reading plans, drawings and installation instructions

- Working from EWP, scissor lifts and other access equipment

- Installing signage to steel, concrete,



masonry and other substrates

- Setting out and levelling signage

- Using power tools and installation equipment

- Pylon and footing installations

- Basic fabrication and on-site modifications

- Working with illuminated signage and electrical components

- Completing site documentation, photos and job reports

- Working directly with clients, builders and other trades on site

For an experienced installer, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs, think through installation challenges and produce a high standard of work without needing to be constantly supervised.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous signage installation experience

- Strong knowledge of tools, fixings and installation methods

- Construction White Card

- Current driver's licence

- Experience operating access equipment

- Good problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail

- A strong understanding of site safety

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- A professional attitude when dealing with clients and other trades

EWP, forklift, dogging, rigging, electrical or other relevant tickets are highly regarded but not essential.

The Work

Our work can take us anywhere.

While we're based in Epping, you'll need to be comfortable working throughout Melbourne and Victoria, with some regional and interstate travel.

We also work on major events and projects, which means there will occasionally be early starts, night works or weekend work.

For the right person, that's one of the best parts of the role – there is plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on projects and sites that most signage installers don't get exposure to.
