As a Graduate Physio with Gen Physio, you'll get broad exposure across community practice, NDIS, HCP, and private clients, offering a diverse caseload to help you build skills and gain experience as a new grad. So you can find and grow the areas you love.

Location: Mobile community caseload built around your home suburb!

How We Set Our Grad Physios Up to Thrive

- 6-week onboarding — a soft landing, not a deep end
- Grow your caseload at your pace, with admin time built in
- 1:1 supervision from experienced Physio Supervisors
- Group supervision with the GenPhysio crew, QLD & VIC
- Regular skills check-ins to shape your caseload around your interests
- MDT catch-ups with OT, Speech, POD, Dietetics & EP
- Client Services handles bookings so you don't have to

What do you need to have?

- Tertiary qualifications
- AHPRA registration (or eligiblilty)
- Drivers license & vehicle
- National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
- Appropriate working rights
