$80,000 base + super, plus up to $12,000 bonus. Brand new restaurant. Opening early November.

We are opening The Yiros Shop at Ferny Grove Central in early November, and we are looking for the Restaurant Manager who will run it.

Training starts in September, fully paid, so you walk into opening day knowing the business, the team and the systems. This isn't about inheriting someone else's team. It's about building your own, from the ground up.

What you get

· $80,000 base + superannuation, plus up to $12,000 annual bonus paid monthly against your restaurant's sales, cost and service targets. On target that is $92,000 plus super.

· A guaranteed weekend off every fortnight. We publish rosters two weeks ahead, and we mean it.

· A career path we can prove. All three of our Area Managers, our Operations Manager and our Business and Systems Manager started working in our restaurants. Every senior role in this company has been filled from the floor, not from a recruiter.

· Paid pre-opening training, plus ongoing support from an Area Manager who has run a restaurant themselves.

What you'll run

A brand current site in the Ferny Grove Central development, alongside some of the best retailers and eateries in the area. You will lead a team of 20 to 30, own the P&L;, and set the standard for a restaurant the whole group will be watching.

· Lead, hire and develop your team

· Own the numbers: sales, food cost, labour, waste

· Hold the line on food safety, quality and cleanliness

· Deliver The Yiros Shop experience with every single service

What we're looking for

· 2+ years managing a restaurant, QSR, cafe or similar.



You have managed a site, not just a shift.

· You are comfortable with a P&L; and know which levers move it

· You lead from the front, on the floor, in the busy hour

· Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willing to obtain one before opening

· Full Australian working rights
