About the role

We're after a coffee lover who's ready to throw on a Redbrick shirt and sling lattes all day. And if you're just as happy running plates, taking orders and looking after a full floor, even better. Since 2011 we've kept it simple: valuable coffee, roasted here in Canberra, made for the people who drink it. No fuss, no pretence.

Key responsibilities

- Pulling shots, dialling in and keeping the coffee consistent

- Taking orders, running food and drinks, and looking after the floor

- Talking coffee (and other deliciousness) with regulars

- Deliver excellent service to customers in all areas of service

- Setting up, packing down, and keeping the place clean as you go

- Participate actively in team meetings, compliance training, and continuous improvement initiatives





About you

- Twelve months or more in Barista and/or hospitality experience

- Good with people and cares about what lands in the cup — and on the plate

- Sound understanding of coffee making, café food prep, and customer service standards

- Handle busy environments and rush hours

Locations

We operate across three sites: Fyshwick (the roastery and HQ), Curtin and City.

Work type

Casual, part time and full time work available.
