About the role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations

- Assist with stock ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

- Adapt dishes to meet dietary requirements and customer preferences

About you

- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen

- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment





- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude

- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
