About the Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the residence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strong leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle, and support services
- Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing operational performance, budgets,



and workforce planning
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and key stakeholders
- Creating an engaged and high-performing team culture
- Supporting positive resident experiences and outstanding care outcomes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience managing a medium to large aged care residence (preferred)
- Strong understanding of aged care regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Proven leadership and people management capability
- Experience in workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation, and budget management
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Sound computer literacy and experience using care management systems
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
- A collaborative, compassionate, and resident-focused approach
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian work rights.
