How you'll make an impact

To apply skilled expertise within the Technology & Data Services department, supporting the implementation of strategic objectives and enhancing operational effectiveness across Housing Choices Australia as appropriate.

The primary purpose of the Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer role is to deliver the technical integration of Catherine House into Housing Choices Australia's enterprise technology environment. This 12-month fixed-term role will deliver cloud, identity, infrastructure, network, telephony and endpoint migrations and provide technical input and delivery support for integration of Catherine House and the New Generation Catherine House development.

This role is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of 12 months.

Your role in action

- Lead and deliver technology integration activities, supporting the migration of systems, infrastructure, applications and services into HCA's operating environment.
- Plan and coordinate Microsoft 365, Azure, network, telephony and endpoint migrations,



ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to manage dependencies, deliver project outcomes and support operational readiness.
- Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable and compliant, identifying and escalating risks while adhering to governance and change management processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, support knowledge transfer and contribute to the continuous improvement of HCA's technology, cloud and infrastructure capabilities

You will have:

- 6+ years' experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems integration or a comparable technical role
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant migration or consolidation activities
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and modern cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of infrastructure migration, systems integration and project delivery principles
- ITIL Foundations certification or practical experience in ITIL-aligned service management
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking
