We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop existing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service while identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement.

What you’ll do?

- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build relationships with key customer contacts
- Understand customer needs and freight requirements
- Liaise with customers and internal teams
- Resolve issues and follow up on outstanding matters
- Identify opportunities to improve service and account value
- Support new customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM and account records
- Monitor account activity and performance
- Provide practical solutions and recommendations

What we’re looking for?

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service or similar
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach




- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- A solutions-focused approach to customer issues
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Freight, transport or logistics experience is advantageous
