Coming this November, Noẽma is the latest restaurant from Lucas Collective. Bringing a fresh take on contemporary Greek dining to Melbourne’s CBD, on Bourke Street. We’re building the team from the ground up, creating a new culture and guest experience from day one. What you can expect:

- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment (3-plate carry)

*Must be available to attend on the 23rd September at 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm

We’re looking for people who have:

- Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plate
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
- RSA or ability to obtain one
