Workshop Cleaner Delivery Driver

Naeco is a high‑tech, ISO‑certified manufacturer specialising in cold plates, cooling systems, and precision heat exchangers for demanding applications, including radar systems, defence, aerospace, and turbo machinery. Our modern machine shop in Capalaba (Brisbane’s Bayside) produces high‑precision, tight‑tolerance components that power world‑class thermal‑management solutions.

Due to further company growth, we are seeking a full time Workshop Cleaner Delivery Driver.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and practical Workshop Cleaner driver to support our CNC workshop operations. This is an entry-level role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and is happy to assist wherever needed to keep a workshop running smoothly.

- Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times

- Emptying bins and managing scrap and recycling

- Sweeping, mopping, and general workshop housekeeping

- Organising tools, equipment, and storage areas

- Checking and restocking consumables such as gloves, rags, packaging, and workshop supplies

- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries

- Packing completed jobs and preparing items for dispatch

- Driving company vehicles for local runs, collections,



and deliveries

- Supporting the workshop team with general labouring tasks as required

- Compliance with ISO accreditation and Naeco’s quality procedures.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic team player with good communication skills. Who also has -

- A robust work ethic and willingness to help

- Good organisation skills and attention to detail

- Ability to follow instructions and work safely

- Physically capable of manual handling tasks

- A current driver’s licence (essential)

- A current forklift licence

Salary will be based on experience, with super and overtime.
