Verra Mobility is a global road safety technology business partnering with governments and enforcement agencies across multiple international markets.
Our technology captures and processes road safety incident data, while our Operations teams ensure that information is reviewed accurately, consistently and in line with the rules and compliance requirements that govern each program.
We're looking for an Adjudication Analyst to join our International Operations team, working from our client's site based in Darwin.
You don't need previous adjudication or photo-enforcement experience. We're more interested in people who can work accurately with information, follow defined rules, communicate clearly with members of the public, identify discrepancies and make consistent decisions in a structured environment.
This is a permanent, full time position embedded in our clients site, 8am to 4pm, five days per week.
What you'll do
You'll review incident information generated by road safety technology, process records in line with business rules and compliance requirements, and support members of the public with enquiries relating to those incidents.
Day to day, you will:
- Review and process photo-enforcement incidents accurately
- Apply business rules and procedures to determine outcomes
- Respond to public enquiries clearly, professionally and with good judgement
- Maintain accurate records across business and client systems
- Meet quality, productivity and service expectations while contributing to reporting and process improvement
The customer centric role is both structured and process-driven, but also requires judgement, concentration and a strong eye for detail.
What we're looking for
Your experience may come from administration, processing, government services, banking, insurance, claims, compliance, records, customer operations or data management.
You'll be well suited if you can demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, gaps or inconsistencies in information
- Experience working within defined procedures, policies or rules
- Confident, professional communication, including handling more complex or sensitive enquiries
- Confidence working across databases, systems and structured information
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- The ability to work independently, use sound judgement and take ownership of your work
Direct adjudication, enforcement experience and a Cert IV in Business Admin are all advantageous, but not essential.
Why Verra Mobility?
You'll join an established international technology business and work within a team supporting road safety operations across APAC. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, data, compliance and government services, with clear processes, measurable outcomes and a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
We bring our values to the way we work with our customers and each other: Own It, Do What's Right, Choose Courage Over Comfort and Win Together.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy and wants to build experience in a regulated technology environment.
If you're methodical, accurate, comfortable working within defined rules and confident communicating with people in sometimes challenging situations, we'd encourage you to apply.
We value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions that each person brings to our community and encourage and celebrate diversity. First Nations people, those identifying as LGBTQIA+, females, people of all ages, with disabilities and culturally and linguistically diverse people are encouraged to apply. Our aim is to create a workforce that reflects the community in which we live.
