Health & Wellbeing Administrator

We're seeking a motivated Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join our Health & Wellbeing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration, workers compensation, return-to-work or injury management experience looking to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across workplace injury management and workers compensation activities, helping employees through their recovery and return-to-work journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Support workers compensation and injury management claims
- Maintain employee records, medical documentation and claim files
- Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
- Assist with return-to-work coordination and injury management processes
- Provide administrative support across the Health & Wellbeing function
- Prepare reports, meeting notes and correspondence




- Build positive relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders

About You

- Previous administration experience, ideally within workers compensation, injury management, HR or a similar field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of workers compensation legislation is advantageous
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
