This is a 164-apartment twin-tower build in Brisbane. River homes, terrace homes, a podium, and two 10-storey towers running fit-out independently of each other. Structures are well advanced, the project's tracking under budget, and there's a 400-apartment follow-on project already lined up for early 2027 for the right person.

You'll take the two towers from backpropping out to practical completion, coordinating hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, fire, plastering, tiling, joinery and painting across both, keeping program tight, and getting hold points and inspections signed off without rework. It's a flat structure, so you're running your own show with the Site Manager, not waiting on layers of sign-off.

The business procures early and runs minimal variations meaning your job is coordination and delivery, not chasing commercial mess. No egos, team-first, self-sufficient. That's the culture,



and it's non-negotiable.

What you need:

- Proven background as a Finishing Foreman on residential high-rise or mixed-use projects
- Solid understanding of fit-out trades, sequencing, and multi-storey delivery
- Experience managing fit-out subcontractors on a live site
- Upper Tier 2 or builder-developer background preferred
- Self-sufficient, no ego, operates without close supervision

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + Super.

Site-based, Brisbane. Start adaptable, sooner preferred but the right person takes priority over a quick fill
