We are growing and looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine sales role.

You will be responsible for taking qualified prospective clients through the Verve journey, understanding what they are looking to achieve, demonstrating the value of our service and ultimately converting them into clients.

You will be the first major point of contact for many of our clients and will play a critical role in the growth of the business.

You will:

- Manage qualified inbound leads

- Conduct discovery calls and client consultations

- Understand the client's property goals, circumstances and motivations

- Present Verve's service and value proposition

- Build strong relationships with high-value clients

- Manage objections and commercial conversations

- Follow up opportunities and manage your sales pipeline

- Convert qualified prospects into signed clients

- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records

- Work closely with our buyers agents to ensure a seamless handover





- Contribute to improving our sales process and conversion rates

This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with a strong flow of leads generated through Verve's brand, content, referrals and marketing. Your role is to convert those opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven salesperson who knows how to have a great conversation, establish trust quickly and close.

You may have experience in property, finance, wealth management, automotive, luxury goods, professional services, recruitment or another high-value sales environment. Property experience would be advantageous, but we care more about your ability to sell.

You'll ideally have:

- 3+ years of proven sales experience

- A track record of consistently achieving sales targets

- Strong consultative selling skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

- Confidence dealing with affluent and high-value clients

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

- Excellent follow-up and pipeline management

- High attention to detail

- A competitive and commercially driven mindset

- The ability to take ownership of your results

Most importantly, you need to genuinely enjoy sales.
