Fulltime

$57/hr (trial period) rising to $61/hr | ~$141K–$150K total package + overtime available, including:

- Well maintained company vehicle

- Company phone

- Company uniform

- Participation in a rotating after-hours on-call roster (approx. 1 week in 6), with an availability allowance paid for all on-call periods

- Work sites across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs

- Overtime and weekend work available

LGP are an established electrical project, service and maintenance company based in Mitcham who provide professional services within the commercial sector across Melbourne.

LGP are seeking a qualified A Grade Electrician who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service to join our close-knit team.

Thrive in a dynamic environment, seamlessly transitioning between complex projects and routine maintenance calls.

This role offers a diverse range of projects, spanning:

- Essential service maintenance

- Hospital electrical infrastructure upgrades

- Cutting-edge EV charging station installations

- Generator installations

- UPS system integrations

- Large switchboard upgrades

- Construction fit outs, and

- General electrical and data cabling services

We are seeking an A Grade Electrician who:

- Has excellent time management and organisational skills

- Adapts easily and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Is honest,



with a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work

- Can operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team

- Has excellent communication and relationship building skills with clients

- Possesses the autonomy and responsibility to be customer service focused

- Has proven problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail

- Has a high regard for personal appearance and skilled etiquette

- Completes installations efficiently and to the highest standard, ensuring client and management satisfaction

- Maintains accurate and timely job related paperwork

- Is flexible regarding start/finish times and occasional after-hours work

- Willing to travel to regional Victoria or interstate on occasion (as required)

Licences and Qualifications Required:

- Victorian ‘A Grade’ Electrical Licence

- Current Driver’s Licence

- Open Cabler Licence

- Construction Industry White Card

- EWP Ticket

- Pass a police check
