Amaze Silkstone is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis across all rooms and days of the week.

We are a busy and thriving early education service, with strong occupancy and a healthy waitlist. Our team is focused on providing children with safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences, with child safety, active supervision, wellbeing and quality practice at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll also be joining a committed family-owned and operated early education group that is secure in the future of its business and invested in the long-term success of our services, teams, children and families.

We’re looking for

Senior Educators – experienced professionals who are confident in their practice, adaptable across rooms and committed to supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards.

Junior Educators – qualified Cert III educators who are building their experience and want to develop their skills within a supportive and skilled team.

Qualified and experienced Early Education professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Current Blue Card and required child safety training

- A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and protection

- Strong understanding of active supervision and professional responsibilities





- Confidence working across different age groups and room environments

- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to teamwork

- Respect for children, families and our diverse community

- A commitment to high-quality early education and care
