Workpower is looking for a confident, caring and motivated Casual Support Coach to join our team in Kalgoorlie.
This is a hands-on and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work alongside people with disability, providing practical, person-centred support that helps them develop skills, participate in their community and work towards the goals that matter to them.

Workpower is a registered disability service provider operating across Perth and regional Western Australia. We support people with disability to build skills, increase independence, participate in their communities and pursue meaningful personal and employment goals.
Our Support Coaches play an key role in helping customers build confidence, develop practical skills and enjoy greater choice and independence in their everyday lives.
? What You'll Be Doing
Every customer is different, so your support will be tailored to their individual needs, interests and goals.
Depending on each customer’s goals, you may:
- Support customers to develop everyday living and independence skills
- Assist customers to participate in social, recreational and community activities
- Help customers work towards their individual NDIS goals
- Support skill development, confidence and decision-making
- Assist customers to access their local community and build connections
- Encourage customers to explore new interests,
activities and opportunities
- Provide practical support with daily routines and activities
- Support customers to develop communication and social skills
- Promote choice, independence and inclusion
- Provide transport and community access support where required
- Complete progress notes and other required documentation
- Work collaboratively with customers, families and the wider Workpower team
