About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our fast-paced FMCG production team on a casual basis. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can follow safe operating procedures, and are comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Successful applicants will support day-to-day production activities including packing, labelling, quality checking, machine operation support, cleaning, and general process work.

Key Responsibilities

· Working on production and packing lines in a fast-paced FMCG environment

· Packing, sorting, labelling,



and preparing finished products

· Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

· Assisting with machine operation, set-up, and changeovers where required

· Following workplace health and safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements

· Maintaining a clean and organised work area

· Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

About You

· Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, production, packing, or warehouse environments is highly regarded

· A solid focus on safety, hygiene, and quality

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive role

· Good attention to detail and reliability

· Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

· Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

· Full working rights in Australia
