It's a 22-level, 125-apartment development in Brisbane, backed by a developer with a $2B+ completed portfolio and another $2B+ in the pipeline over the next five years. This one's moving fast, the team around you is driven, no-ego, and everyone pitches in.
You'll identify, document and track defects across every trade, coordinate rectification with subs and internal teams, run inspections, and keep the register clean and current. You're the link between trade coordination and finishing supervision, reporting to the Site Manager and PM, but expected to run your own patch.

What you need:
- Proven experience in defects supervision, finishing supervision, or trade coordination on multi-residential or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of finishing trades, quality standards, and defects identification
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and run rectification programs
- Sharp attention to detail, robust written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a no-ego, high-performance team
