What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex insurance claims with professionalism and empathy

- Advocate fiercely on behalf of clients to secure fair outcomes

- Handle complex cases using your industry knowledge and negotiation skills

- Assist with claims compliance and support process improvements

- Guide less experienced consultants and help shape our evolving team culture

What You Bring





- Proven experience in property insurance claims, domestic, commercial, or both

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- A natural ability to manage complex cases with confidence

- Passion for client advocacy and ethical outcomes

- Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
