About the role

Beachmere Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Beachmere, QLD. This is a part-time position that will see you playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

2. Scheduling and managing appointments

3. Handling patient enquiries and bookings over the phone and in-person

4. Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

5. Assisting with administrative tasks and general office duties

6. Working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
