We are partnering with a leading insurance provider to recruit an experienced Insurance Specialist to join a growing life insurance advice business. This is an opportunity to provide specialist personal insurance advice, build trusted customer relationships and contribute to a digitally enabled advice model designed to make the process straightforward, efficient and compliant.

You will support customers with tailored insurance advice across a range of needs, including more complex advice strategies. You will play a key role in strengthening customer outcomes, supporting adviser capability and helping improve advice delivery through collaboration, technology and continuous improvement.

- Provide specialist personal insurance advice and advocate for strong customer outcomes.
- Build, nurture and deepen customer relationships through proactive and responsive engagement.
- Support advisers and senior advisers through coaching,



knowledge sharing and best-practice advice delivery.
- Manage advice workflows, priorities and customer queries in a quick-paced team environment.
- Maintain high standards of compliance while contributing to process, technology and service improvements.

The right candidate will bring 3+ years’ experience in financial advice with strong knowledge of insurance advice, life insurance products and the Australian advice market. You will be FASEA qualified, confident engaging customers across verbal, written and digital channels, and comfortable working to deadlines in a collaborative team setting. Strong judgement, adaptability, compliance focus and a genuine commitment to customer care will be essential to success in this role.
