About Your New Position

Due to some exciting internal movements, we are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our close-knit team at Strathpine. Working alongside our Maintenance Manager, you will play an important role in keeping our manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and continuous improvement activities. The role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build your skills while making a genuine impact on our day-to-day operations.

We are seeking someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a practical problem-solving mindset and a genuine willingness to learn. You may already be a qualified Mechanical Fitter, or you may have developed your skills through a similar mechanical background. Experience within manufacturing, maintenance systems, permits, isolation procedures or high-risk licenses would be advantageous,



however we're equally interested in finding someone who brings the right attitude, foundation skills and desire to grow. You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged and your contribution makes a real difference every day

- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with a practical approach to problem solving

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly
- Exposure to high net value machinery and understands how to protect the investment
- Someone who listens to operators and values their hands-on experience
