POSITION

Due to continued growth, a Site Supervisor position is now available to join the team across a diverse range of projects.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across residential, commercial and modular projects.
Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation, site safety plans and company procedures at all times.
Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants throughout all stages of construction.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Maintain site documentation including daily reports,



variations and inspection records.
Uphold the company's standards of quality, workmanship and client communication on every project.

EXPERIENCE

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor across residential, commercial or modular construction
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
Strong ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Valid driver's licence required
