We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators / Forklift Operators to join a well-established Australian manufacturer based in Geebung, specialising in PVC pipe and plastic extrusion products.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role working across extrusion, production and packing operations, with the opportunity to build your skills in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or machine operating experience.

Day and afternoon shift opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities
Operate extrusion, production and packing equipment safely and efficiently
Complete machine start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes
Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
Check product temperature, diameter, finish and overall quality
Accurately record production and quality information
Pack, strap and label finished products correctly
Operate forklifts and side-loaders to move raw materials and finished products
Load, unload and safely position materials throughout the facility
Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
Follow all company WHS and safety procedures





What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or machine operating experience
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to identify and report basic equipment faults
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Safety-focused approach to all tasks
Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Adaptable to work day or afternoon shifts
