About the role

What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook high-quality meals to Zaikaa's exacting standards
Ensure efficient and timely meal preparation and presentation
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and recipes
Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive kitchen workplace

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
Formal culinary qualification or equivalent training and experience
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
