What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the friendly face guiding our customers through their Finance & Insurance options, making the process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Day to day, you’ll:
Present and explain Finance and Insurance products with clarity and confidence
Complete and submit all contract paperwork accurately and efficiently
Ensure full compliance with all internal and external policies
Track and manage finance applications through to settlement
Keep customers updated and respond to enquiries with excellent service
Work Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm) + Saturday (9am–2pm)
Receive an RDO after working two consecutive Saturdays

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who is:
Outgoing, confident, and outstanding with people
Experienced in finance, sales or customer service
Detail-oriented with excellent administration and data entry skills
A strategic thinker who knows how to drive growth
Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on understanding customer needs
Able to build strong rapport with our sales team
Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence
Able to obtain a explicit National Police Check
