Field Lifting Technician – Full Training Provided

WER Compliance Solutions is looking for an experienced Rigger, Dogman or Crane Operator ready to move into a hands-on technical career inspecting lifting equipment across client sites.

You don’t need previous inspection experience. Full training will be provided to the right person who already has a solid practical understanding of lifting and rigging equipment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role carrying out inspections of lifting and rigging equipment across a variety of client sites.

You’ll be responsible for:
Carrying out quarterly and ongoing inspections of lifting gear, rigging equipment and slings
Identifying wear, damage and non-compliant equipment
Completing accurate inspection reports and compliance documentation
Travelling to client sites across a range of industries
Building strong working relationships with clients on site

You’ll be trained in the inspection and compliance side of the role,



building on your existing industry knowledge and hands-on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Previous lifting gear inspection experience is not required, however you will need practical experience working with lifting and rigging equipment.
Rigging, Dogging or Crane Operator ticket
Hands-on experience with lifting gear and rigging equipment
Strong attention to detail
Manual driver’s licence
Willingness to travel to client sites
Good communication skills
