About the role

An experienced Store Manager to lead the Cairns showroom and sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sales, people and creating a excellent customer experience. You'll lead from the floor, motivate your team, drive results and take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the store.

Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team
Drive sales and achieve store targets
Deliver exceptional customer service
Coach and support team performance
Manage rosters and daily store operations
Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards
Follow up enquiries, quotes and sales opportunities
Work closely with the owners on store performance and future growth

About you




Previous retail management experience
Confident working to sales targets
Positive, organised, commercially minded
Comfortable taking ownership
Experience in furniture, homewares, interiors, lifestyle or other high-value retail highly regarded
