Experienced Pizza Maker – Casual or Part-Time

Farina 00 Pasta & Wine is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our busy kitchen team.

This position is available on either a casual or part time basis. Part-time applicants must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week across Friday to Monday, including evening shifts.

Key responsibilities
Hand-stretching pizza dough consistently
Preparing and topping pizzas to order
Operating and managing the pizza oven
Completing preparation for the pizza section
Monitoring stock and communicating preparation requirements
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace
Working efficiently during busy dinner services
Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

About you
Previous experience as a pizza maker is essential
Must be confident hand-stretching pizza dough
Able to manage a busy pizza section
Reliable,



punctual and well organised
Calm and productive under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Available to work evenings and weekends

Pay based on experience, plus applicable penalty rates and superannuation
