Astute Financial Management is a leading financial services company based at Toowong in QLD. We support over 700 finance brokers and financial planners throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We require a person with demonstrated experience in commission payments or payroll in a full-time capacity. We are seeking an energetic person who has an aptitude for numbers and administration.

This busy position is both challenging and rewarding and will suit a self-motivated individual willing to learn and contribute to our team culture. Extensive on the job training will be provided. The role is in-office during business hours Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will grow over time to include:
Accurate processing of daily commission payments for our members
Maintaining accurate records of commission payments
Communicate with Brokers regarding commission enquiries in a timely manner
Follow through on instructions given in relation to daily tasks
Report systematically and promptly to all management staff as required




Overflow administration support and other duties and tasks as requested

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience in a Commissions Payments or Payroll workplace
Hands-on skill with PC computer applications including all Microsoft Office programs and Internet (specifically Outlook & Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very high attention to detail
Robust organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience using multiple IT Platforms
Robust customer service skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Able to work as part of a team, but also autonomously
