About the role

This is a full-time weekday warehouse position based in Carrum Downs. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, processing orders using scanners and warehouse systems, and preparing cartons for dispatch. You will receive, unload and put away incoming stock, check products and quantities for accuracy, and replenish picking locations. You will also assist with stocktakes and inventory counts, maintain a clean and organised warehouse, report damaged stock or discrepancies, and assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Key responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Process orders using scanners and warehouse systems
Prepare and label cartons for dispatch
Receive, unload and put away incoming stock
Check products and quantities for accuracy
Replenish picking locations
Assist with stocktakes and inventory counts
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Report damaged stock or order discrepancies




Assist with general warehouse duties as required

About you
Previous pick-packing or warehouse experience is preferred
Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday
Strong attention to detail
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving cartons
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Basic computer and warehouse-system skills
Forklift licence is helpful but not essential
