Factory Foreman - Manufacturing | Wheatbelt WA
A leading manufacturer of formwork panels based in the Wheatbelt region is seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory Foreman to join their growing operation.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role located near Northam, offering an excellent starting salary of $104K + Super, with future earning potential for the right candidate.
About the Role
Working closely with the Factory Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient factory workplace.
This is a practical leadership position suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily factory operations and production output
Work closely with the Factory Manager to meet production targets
Change out and maintain machinery components as required
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimise downtime




Lead by example on safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate workflow and support factory staff where needed

About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Experience working with machinery maintenance or component changeovers
Leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
Reliable, hands-on, and safety-focused
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
