We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join a growing technology team in Melbourne. This internship is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain practical Australian industry experience while developing hands-on technical and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices
Install and update operating systems and software
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
Support basic network troubleshooting and system maintenance
Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Escalate complex technical issues when required

Skills & Qualifications
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Cyber Security
Network Engineering
Or a related discipline
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365




Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
Robust problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
