The successful applicant will be responsible for:

· Planning, coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet.

· Developing fleet utilisation strategies to maximise operational efficiency and minimise downtime.

· Scheduling and coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs.

· Monitoring vehicle performance, fuel usage and operating costs, and implementing cost-control measures.

· Ensuring compliance with Australian road transport legislation, Chain of

Responsibility (CoR) obligations, NHVR requirements, workplace health and safety standards, and company policies.

· Managing vehicle registration, insurance, licensing and statutory compliance.

· Preparing fleet budgets, monitoring expenditure and analysing operational reports.

· Liaising with vehicle suppliers,



maintenance providers, insurers and government authorities.

· Managing fleet records, maintenance schedules and asset management systems.

· Supervising fleet administration staff, drivers and coordinators where required.

· Investigating vehicle incidents and implementing corrective and preventative measures.

· Assisting management with fleet expansion, procurement and replacement planning.

· Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve fleet performance and service delivery.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
