About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to look after a portfolio of predominantly industrial assets, on behalf of an Asset Management company.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Facilities Management function across planned and preventative maintenance.
Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services.
Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants responding to any queries or issues.
Manage the capex/opex budget, contractor management, whs and over portfolio performance.

Requirements:
Must have previous experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Facilities Management
Must have solid communication and stakeholder management ability.
Must be proficient with computer systems, able to manage work orders, PO’s and invoices.
