Redstone Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our growing casual agency pool, supporting leading Residential Aged Care providers across the Sunshine Coast

What's on Offer?
Competitive hourly rates from $42–$47 per hour + penalties + super
Flexible AM, PM, Night and weekend shifts
Weekly pay

Exposure to a variety of aged care providers
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant throughout onboarding, rostering, compliance and payroll

About You To be considered, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
Minimum 12 months' recent experience within Residential Aged Care




A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older Australians
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Two recent senior care or clinical references
The ability to work confidently across different aged care facilities and adapt to recent environments
