About the role
We are looking for a reliable hard working kitchen hand (Dishi) to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and smooth kitchen operations in a quick - paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
2) Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas
3)Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
4) Emptying bins and managing waste correctly
5)Following food safety and hygiene standards
6) Keeping floors, benches, and surfaces clean and sanitised
7) Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
