Value Gadgets is a Gold Coast refurbished technology business. We take in used laptops, desktops and phones, restore them to like-current condition, and sell them to customers right across Australia.

We are looking for a casual Junior Warehouse Assistant to help with laptop cleaning, data entry and general day-to-day tasks at our Southport warehouse. You do not need any previous experience, any qualifications, or any knowledge of computers to apply - we will teach you everything on the job.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Cleaning and preparing refurbished laptops, desktops and accessories
Basic device checks - screens, keyboards, ports and battery health
Data entry: recording device specs, serial numbers and stock details in our system
Photographing stock for our online listings
Packing orders and getting them ready for shipping
General warehouse tasks such as moving stock, tidying up and other ad hoc jobs as they come up

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reliable and punctual - you turn up when you say you will
Good attention to detail




Comfortable using a computer and typing
Happy to work on your own once you have been trained
Able to lift boxes up to 15kg
Australian working rights

No experience, no resume history and no qualifications required. If you have an interest in computers and technology that is a bonus, but it is not necessary.

HOURS AND SHIFTS
Casual role working 8am-4pm, with extra hours available during school holidays
Hours vary from week to week depending on how much stock we have coming in (roughly 20 hours up to 38 hours)
Paid at the applicable award rate plus casual loading
