About the role

This is a hands on marketing role for someone who enjoys implementing across Meta and Google Ad platforms. Your main focus will be bringing campaigns to life across social media, from uploading and managing ads through to writing engaging ad copy that gets people to stop scrolling and take action. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to coordinate campaigns, launch recent creative, test different messaging and keep social advertising running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Uploading and managing ads across Meta and other social media platforms
Writing engaging, on brand ad copy for Facebook, Instagram and other social channels
Creating variations of headlines, primary text and calls to action for testing
Coordinating the rollout of new campaigns and creative
Keeping campaigns, creative and copy organised and up to date
Monitoring basic campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results




Working with the team and clients to brief and organise creative
Supporting broader marketing campaigns and promotions as required
Keeping up to date with social media trends, advertising formats and best practice

About you
3 years+ experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
A positive understanding of what makes effective social advertising
Excellent attention to detail
Self motivated and able to work in a remote setting
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
An understanding of basic marketing and advertising principles
An eye for valuable creative and an understanding of how copy and visuals work together
