Sales Representative (Remote)

You will be required to 5 days per week (Few days working from home can be negotiated)

Primary Toys is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a wide-ranging role that includes sales, customer service, marketing, administration, and website management. The successful applicant will work closely with childcare centres, schools, and retailers while helping to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with childcare centres, schools, and customers.
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with existing customers.
Cold call childcare centres to introduce our products and services.
Book appointments using our customer database.
Research and add recent and upcoming childcare centres to our database.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
Create and send email marketing campaigns using Sendvio.
Add and update products on Shopify, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO information.
Create content for social media and marketing promotions.
Update website banners, menus,



and promotional content.
Assist with brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials.
Process product information, SKU codes, barcodes, and inventory updates.
Assist with wholesale customer enquiries.
Provide general administration and customer service support.
Assist with stock management, packaging, and warehouse duties.

Skills & Experience:
Previous sales, customer service, or administration experience preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and stay organised.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Shopify, email marketing, or social media is an advantage but not essential.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Current driver's licence is essential.

Pay: From $738.75 per week
