Bennco Group is looking to hear from experienced Electrical Supervisor (residential) interested in residential construction opportunities in Paraburdoo.

About the role
You'll supervise electrical teams across our residential construction projects in Paraburdoo, ensuring quality, compliance and safety standards are met on every job.

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical trade subcontractors and trades on residential sites
Ensure all applicable work complies with relevant Australian Standards and WA regulations
Conduct quality checks and sign off on completed electrical works (where required)
Liaise with site managers, builders and clients on scheduling and progress
Maintain a robust focus on WHS compliance across all electrical and other trade works

About you
Current WA Electrical Licence (essential)
Proven supervisory experience in residential construction (essential)
Robust understanding of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Paraburdoo
