About the role

You will play a pivotal role on a day-to-day basis, as part of the Internal sales team, quoting customers, following up sales opportunities and processing customer orders.

Key Attributes:
Internal Sales/Customer Service experience




Ability to learn and take initiative to find answers
Strong customer service skills and experience dealing in a quick-paced setting
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft programs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming sales calls
Attend to internal sales enquiries - email
Prepare sales quotations
Follow up sales quotations
Order entry / follow up
