About the role

You'll support a small team of supported employees, helping them build skills, confidence and independence while delivering high-quality gardening services to our clients. You'll work outdoors completing gardening and grounds maintenance tasks while supporting people with disability through meaningful work.

Key responsibilities
Lead and support a small team of supported employees
Complete gardening and grounds maintenance, including mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, weeding and general garden clean-ups
Teach practical work skills while encouraging independence and confidence
Create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable workplace
Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Operate and maintain gardening equipment
Complete easy daily documentation using the app
Drive company vehicles between jobs

About you
Stay calm and patient when things don't go to plan

Be reliable, organised and able to think on your feet
Take pride in producing high-quality work




Be physically capable of performing outdoor manual work, including lifting equipment, starting petrol-powered gardening equipment and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Hold a current Victorian Driver Licence
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
