About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showrooms. You will work closely with homeowners, builders, renovators, and commercial clients to help them select the perfect flooring solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to installation.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in our Burleigh and Tweed showrooms.
Provide expert advice on carpet, timber, hybrid, vinyl, laminate, and other flooring products.
Prepare quotes and follow up sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, and trade customers.
Coordinate with installers and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
Manage sales enquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous sales experience, preferably in flooring, building products, interiors, retail, or a related industry.
A passion for customer service and helping customers find the right solution.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Confidence using computers and point-of-sale systems.
A positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
A current driver's licence.
