Are you passionate about coffee and providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cafe Barista to join our team in Wantirna South.

About the Role

As a Cafe All-Rounder, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by delivering excellent service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Taking orders and processing payments
Assisting with food preparation and presentation
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Replenishing stock and supporting general café operations
Working effectively as part of a busy team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year of local barista experience




Australian café experience demonstrating proficiency in local coffee culture and service standards
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a busy workplace
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
Experience in a fast-paced café workplace
