Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
A passion for developing people and building excellent teams
A positive, hands-on leadership style
Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn
A team-oriented mindset and ability to bring people together
A genuine passion for customer experience and the Krispy Kreme brand

Your Experience
5+ years' experience in retail or hospitality
2+ years' experience leading teams
Experience delivering operational, customer and business outcomes
Certificate IV in Business or equivalent experience (desirable)
