About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers who have already enquired about building a new home. Your job is to speak with potential buyers, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments for our Sales Consultants. No cold calling or door knocking — warm leads provided.

Key responsibilities
Speak with potential buyers and understand their situation
Qualify customer prospects
Book quality appointments for Sales Consultants
Handle objections from prospects
Manage and convert a sales pipeline
Learn how finance, land and new-home sales work
Develop confidence in speaking with property buyers

About you
Comfortable on the phone
Motivated by targets
Hungry, competitive, confident and coachable
Disciplined
Genuinely want to build a career in sales
Experience in fitness, personal training, automotive sales, retail sales, telecommunications, hospitality, lead generation,



appointment setting, or competitive sales and customer-facing environments is valued
Property experience is not required
