The Company
3 Monkeys Audiovisual is one of WA’s largest supplier and installer of specialised equipment. We deal with clients from a range of industries including Local Government, Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Schools and other Educational Institutes. The full-time role of the Receptionist also encompasses Accounts elements.

You
To be successful for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:
Experience as a receptionist/bookkeeper
Experience with Xero is preferred
Experience with Aroflo or other Job Management
Robust MS Office program knowledge and application
Well organised, able to multitask and versatile to adjust to changing priorities
Professional and polite phone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled and well presented

The Role

Reception
Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Calendar bookings for sales staff




Distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Logging and updating of CRM and Aroflo Job Management System
Completion of monthly sales reports
Prepare basic quotes / assist sales staff with quote preparation

Accounts/Bookkeeping
Generating invoices, processing payments, and issuing of receipts
Preparation & Lodgement of Activity Statements.
Bookkeeping duties including processing end of month
Entering data into Xero accounting software
Debt collection
